Highly popular online bingo site Costa Bingo have just announced that they have extended their deal with Dragonfish, the leading online bingo software provider, for another 3 years, taking the present deal they have up until June 2013.

The Managing Director of Dragonfish, Gabi Campos said; “Costa has blazed a trail over the past year and shown what is still achievable in the maturing UK bingo market. We have worked hard with them to adapt our software to deliver some highly innovative customer acquisition and retention activities. They are committing a substantial marketing investment and we look forward to helping the Costa bingo business further over the coming years.”

Richard Skelhorn, the CEO of Costa Bingo commented; “Dragonfish has allowed us to focus our skills on player acquisition, which has been really important to the business over the last ten months. We are really pleased with the first year’s growth to date, and will continue to invest in the Costa Bingo brand, and look forward to launching new rooms on the Dragonfish platform this year.”

Costa Bingo are constantly coming up with new ideas to try to keep ahead of the game in the fast moving world of internet bingo. They have several new marketing projects on the go as part of their extended deal with Dragonfish. Their Free Bingo is one of the most popular sections on their site, which is one of the busiest in the UK market. Rather than go down the traditional advertising path they have targeted new media, which has helped them to gain more players. As part of their deal they got Dragonfish to alter their software, so that players at Costa Bingo could invite their friends on social networking sites, Facebook for example, to join the site.
